Privacy Policy

The Food Bank of the Rio Grande Valley, Inc. wholeheartedly respects the privacy of our donors and site visitors.  Personal information is only gathered on a voluntary basis.  The Food Bank RGV will only request certain information in order to complete a transaction. 

All credit card information is obtained in a secure environment with the strictest security measures in place.  The Food Bank RGV uses Auction Pay for online donations.

We do not require your to join our mailing list when visiting our website.  Individuals making online donations and/or individuals interested in receiving mailings from us will be added to our donor base.  Rest assured, that in the 19 year history of the Food Bank RGV we have never traded, sold, or shared our mailing list and we will continue to honor that policy.
