Advocacy is an important area with which the Food Bank RGV is concerned. Advocacy plays an important role in continuing basic operations and creating new programs that are needed here in the Valley.
These are just a few of the public policy initiatives and programs that allow the Food Bank RGV and food banks across the nation to direct some of our nation's resources to those who face chronic food insecurity and hunger.
