Jim Henderson,                                                         Vice-President 2005-2010                                                      He is the owner and  president of the Jim Henderson Company.

John De La Garza,                                              President   2006 -2008                                                                He is an account manager for SEM Materials.

Nelda B. Garza,                                              Member 2008-2010                                                                    Garza is the Coordinator for Regional Marketing Programs for the Texas Department of Agriculture.  

Elias Longoria, Jr.                                                  Member 2003-2010                                              Longoria is Senior Vice-President at the Lone Star National Bank.

Ignacio Almaguer,                                                  Member 2008-2010                                              Almaquer owns United Trust Insurance Company.

Richard F. Aguire,                                              Secretary  2006-2008                                                           Aquire is a retired attorney.
