After 15 years in banking, Ruby has been utilizing her talents to further the mission of the Food Bank RGV. Having been educated at Eastfield Community College and the University of Texas in Dallas, where she received her certification from the American Institue of Banking in Dallas, she has made the Rio Grande Valley her home.
In her spare time she enjoys looking for opportunities to serve others. Most of the time, you can catch her having sushi dinner with her laptop and hanging out with friends.
