Want to make a greater impact in the fight against hunger? Here’s your chance. Become a Hunger Hero and leverage your support as a monthly donor. Every dollar you give provides five meals for hungry families! When you become a Hunger Hero, you join a group of the most dedicated and compassionate supporters in the fight to end hunger and feed hope for our neighbors in need.
Please consider sponsoring a Food Bank RGV program. We will work with your company to exceed its goals as a sponsor and work together to find the best fit between our mission and your business objectives. A few of our community rich programs available to sponsor include:
Operation Kid Pack Nutritious kid-friendly food for at-risk children over the weekend in school grade K-12, as well as at summer meal program sites.
Kids Cafe: Healthy meals and snacks served year-round during weekdays to children in after school and summer meal programs throughout the McAllen, Pharr, and Edinburg areas.
Pop-Up Mobile Food Distributions: Produce and food distribution that average 40 + lbs. of food, including fresh fruits and vegetables to communities in need, including food deserts.
Nutrition Education: Classes in nutrition, food safety, meal preparation, and budgeting taught in collaboration with Food Bank partner agencies.
